"Un logement bien situé dans Berlin, convenable.
Cependant non pas au 4e étage mais au 5e étage (115 marches en tout !), sous les toits (... donc intenable par grosses chaleurs, surtout sans ventilateur), sans grande possibilité d'aération (... une fenêtre minuscule).
De plus, une salle de bain pas toujours disponible... (car une cohabitation avec 2 personnes).
Finalement, nous ne retournerons plus dans ce logement."

Note that the apartment is at the 4th floor without elevator.
Pour les français, il est a noté que la piece n'a pas de volets, et donc vous vous reveillerez avec le soleil (l'été à 5h...) et impossibilité de cacher les fenetres car le vélux doit etre à 5m du sol..."
