"L'appartement est plutôt bien, mais la personne le louant a l'air de gérer plusieurs apparts, du coup le contact est assez impersonnel. Des affiches sont dans l'appartement indiquant "ne marchez pas dans le salon avec vos chaussures", "faites attention aux rideaux". A l'arrivée, on nous fait signer un papier en assurant que nous n'inviterons personnes, que nous ne ferons ni ci, ni ça. Ayant loué d'autres appartements dans Berlin, j'ai trouvé cet accueil assez bizarre et suspicieux ... ce qui ne met pas en confiance."

"Pleasant, comfortable apartment, with limited amenities. Getting around was a bit difficult from this location, but then again it was 15 degrees below zero and snowy, which didn't help. Overall, the rental was a 6.5/10 for us. Our main negative point was the contact people. The owner was only available via text messages and the contact person was hardly reachable and didn't speak a word of English. That said, my girlfriend and I loved Berlin and had a fantastic time during our week's stay."

"Very nice and comfortable apartment
located in a quiet and nice area.
I really enjoyed my stay there and I hope to go back soon..
Only the lights of the apartment's main room are not very powerful when it gets dark in the evening..a halogen-type light would be very useful for this type of room for more brightness..
Knowledge of German language is really helpful for the contact person..."
