"Very clean Apartment. Very Friendly owner and made us feel very welcome.
5 minutes walk to Metro and Trams and all the shops.
Mats in the Apartment were very slippery and needs addressing as we nearly had a few accidents!!!
Television wire was running across the main lounge door floor and so that was also a problem as had to be careful not to trip up on it!!
Health and safety issues their but we were in another country!!! "

"In principe prima maar er waren wel wat kleine mankementen. Eettafelpoot was kapot, een van de eetkamerstoelen viel bijna uit elkaar, de lattenbodem van het twee persoons bed was kapot. Geen prettige douche gelegenheid. Tip! Het bad weghalen en een douchecabine plaatsen.
Opmerking all-berlin-appartementen(08/11/2010): alle kapotte onderdelen in het appartement zijn gerepareerd."

"Anche se è in un quartiere non molto centrale come Wedding si è a 200 metri dalla U-Bahn che porta direttamente al centro, quindi non ci sono problemi di spostamenti. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e nei dintorni dell' appartamento ci sono bar, cibo turco, un minimarket e un supermercato. Il balcone è molto carino per prendere un po' d'aria fresca di sera. Molto illuminato, semplice, accogliente e funzionale. Ottimo per un soggiorno di una-due settimane.
Buon servizio e gentilezza da parte di All Berlin, a parte il fatto che qualche servizio che era segnato nell'annuncio di prenotazione non c'era poi nella realtà (come il lettore DVD e il cambio biancheria)"

"propriétaire très sympa et présente bien les alentours. Nous étions avec notre bébé de 16 mois, et l'appartement était parfait niveau silence, luminosité, propreté et sécurité. De même pour le quartier, et toutes nos visites étaient accessibles avec au pire 1 changement de métro, pour un maxi de 20mn de trajet total: donc idéalement placé hors de l'hyperactivité du centre."

"Le parking annoncé n'était pas privatif. Il faut éviter de se garer devant le restaurant près de l'immeuble si vous craignez pour votre carrosserie.
Petite réparation de la chasse d'eau à prévoir rapidement.
Récupération des clefs et état des lieux sans jamais voir le propriétaire. Etonnant.
Superficie de l'appartement et situation satisfaisantes. Equipement adapté et en bon état"
