This apartment is ideal for those who don't want leave behind either the city or the countryside- it is located in one of the largest and greenest neighbourhoods in Berlin, surrounded by vegetation and near to Tegeler lake and the airport. This 98m2 apartment, on the first floor of a typical rustic house will offer you the possibility of spending a wonderful holiday halfway between the city and the countryside. The inside of the apartment will give you a warm welcome thanks to its simple, rustic style.
This apartment can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. There are 2 bedrooms, a large living-room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The bedrooms, respectively, have a double bed and a single bed with two extra beds. The double bedroom is very large and has a lovely window that lends the room a great deal of light, along with a table and chairs.
There is a spacious living-room, decorated in a rustic, slightly vintage style, giving it a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As well as a sofa, there is a table and chairs and an armchair in which you will be able to chill out watching the satellite television or listening to the Hifi-system.
The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need for preparing your meals: an oven, coffee-maker, dishwasher, hobs, toaster and juicer, as well as all of the utensils you will need.
The bathroom is large and functional, and has a shower, washbasin and toilet.
The apartment has heating and also comes equipped with a washing-machine, iron, and the use of bedsheets and towels are included in the price of rental.
