"I wish I had paid attention to the apartment having air conditioning. The apartment was unbarebly hot as soon as the sun came up starting at 5:00 a.m. We didn't spend much time there because it was so uncomfortable.
Only other complaint were the neighbors (who are permanent residence). We kept the noise down the entire time. Even a mere chuckle in the stairwell, the older lady down below would come out her door and tell us to be quiet. So we did."

"Clean but small apartment, close to U-bahn and S-bahn, in a quiet yet lovely neighborhood. Only criticism is that oven could be repaired / no radio or cd player so bring your own if you want some music during breakfast. Overall a good deal."

"The apartment was nice and sunny. We especially liked the two big balconies on both sides. It was well situated, just a few minutes from the metro. Decorations was all Ikea, not too cosy but functional.
The only big minus was that the apartment was said to accommodate 8 people but there were really beds for only six. The two extra persons were supposed to sleep on the two double beds in the apartment. That makes three persons in a bed, which isn´t too good. Luckily we were only six.
note of OH (16/04/10) Upon request, the owner can provide 2 extra beds, and this is the reason because the flat is for max. 8 persons.

"The accomidation had just enough to make it a pleasant stay. All the things we used in the apartment functioned as they should. The neighborhood was great, with loads of cafés, restaurants, bakeries and what ever you needed close by. It was not far to walk to the U-Bahn, if you wanted to take U2 or U7. Even the neighbors were friendly and talkative. "

Bemerkungen:
"Nice apartment with a good location (approx. 3 minutes from the Metrostation Eisenacherstrasse) in the Schöneberg district. A nice and quiet neighbourhood with a bakery and a supermarket around the corner. In the neighbourhood, several good and cheap restaurants are located. Apartment is a 7th floor penthouse with enough space for 6 persons. All inventories are present and functioning. Kitchen could do with a renovation, dishwasher is old and oven is dirty and has a broken frontplate. Bathroom is clean and spacious enough. Bedroom is fine. Livingroom is big enough with a nice couch and a good TV. Forunately the livingroom table has only 4 chairs, that is unconvenient for 6 persons. Heatingsystem did not function upon arrival, was fixed in 5 minutes and during the whole stay worked perfectly. For 5 days, only one set of towels is perhaps not sufficient. Contact with the contactperson was good, there was no need to contact him during the stay."
