"Siamo stati benissimo in questo appartamento, molto caldo e fornito di ogni cosa: dalla lavastoviglie all'asciugacapelli, da tutto il necessario per cucinare alla connessione ADSL.
Zona tranquilla, le finestre sono tutte su un cortile interno.
La fermata di metro e bus si trova a 5 min, mercato di quartiere anche lui a 5 min. dall'appartamento.
La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile.
Unici difetti un solo bagno e per arrivarci bisogna attraversare praticamente tutta la casa.
L'ho già consigliato a tutti i miei amici."

"The flat is well kept, spacious, clean and full of light. The kitchen equipment is OK (sufficient plates, glasses and cutlery, which is not always the case), we didn't suffer from the lack of microwave. The TV set is small and out of date but we weren't planning to watch German soap operas so it didn't bother us.
Location is good although it's not central, there is a direct bus to Mitte (TXL) via the Hauptbahnhof, and 2 U-bahn stops from the zoo. Although the area seems shabby, it's very safe and quiet.
The USB-stick to connect to the internet was crap, don't expect to surf because it's very very low speed. But after I mentionned this, the owner promised me a refund, and is planning to install a proper broadband in August 2011. Contact with the owner was very good."
