"Die Wohnung machte einen etwas heruntergekommenen Eindruck, Polster und Wände fleckig. Im Bad gab es nur drei Handtuchhalter, die Tür war kaum zu schließen. In einem der beiden Schränke fehlte die Kleiderstange. Eine Garderobe war nicht vorhanden. Es gab zwar eine Waschmaschine, doch keinerlei Möglichkeitt, gewaschene Wäsche zu trocknen.
MikrowelleFöhn, Bügeleisen und Eierkocher, laut Wohnungsbeschreibung vorhanden, haben wir nicht entdeckt.

"ci siamo trovati molto bene con l'appartamento, l'unica cosa è che all'inizio avevamo scelto un altro appartamento e 5 giorni prima dell'arrivo all.berlin-apartments ci ha detto che questo appartamento non era più disponibilie quindi eravamo un po' disorientati. meno male però che ci hanno trovato un'alternativa, quindi alla fine è andato tutto bene. "The bath was insulting- it smelled of sewage. The hot water tap broke entirely for a day and it took over 24 hours to get it fixed despite numerous expensive phone calls. The dryer that was part of the washer didn't work. None of this would have mattered if the apartment wasn't way overpriced considering the neighborhood. It was a 10 minute walk to the nearest train and then an average of 1 transfer per ride in order to get anywhere of interest. There was nothing to do in the immediate neighborhood at all and it was a 40 minute walk (minimum) to the Mitte neighborhood.
All-Berlin was very good. They did their best to contact our host when we couldn't get anywhere as well as were flexible about the booking in the beginning of the process."

"all things that were stated on the website was not there.
We waited in front of the apartment for 1 ½ hours before the contact came with the keys.
There were not enough blankets for everyone.
The contact did not come when we were checking out. Instead we had to call him when he showed up on time.
The experience was ok but I would rather have chosen hotel instead."
